| Job Description / Responsibilities: | Key Responsibilities Drive the discovery, validation, documentation, modelling, simulation, analysis, and communication of business processes. Analyse current and future state processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Facilitate process design workshops and stakeholder engagements. Develop process maps, business process models, and supporting documentation. Support business transformation initiatives through process engineering best practices. Translate business requirements into efficient and scalable process solutions. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive complex business outcomes. |
| Background and experience required: | Extensive experience as a Senior Process Engineer within the Banking sector (essential). Proven experience in business process modelling, process analysis, process optimization, and process improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of process engineering methodologies, frameworks, and tools. Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to operate across both strategic and operational initiatives. Qualifications Relevant Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Analysis, Information Systems, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.Process Improvement or Business Process Management certificationsCards, Card Payments, or Card Operations experience. |
